Below is the 24 pin PSU diagram for the Dell 210L Mini-Tower
This diagram above is of a standard 20 and 24 pin PSU.. The main difference I noticed is on the Dell PSU the white pin is +12 V DC, while on the 20 pin it is -5 V DC, and on the 24 pin PSU it says N/C - no change? I'll research this and revisit this distinction. On the Dell machine the black pins say ground, while on the standard 20 & 24 pin PSU the black says common (same as ground). The rest of the pins are the same:
orange = +3.3 V DC
red = +5 V DC
blue = - 12 V DC
black = ground
green = power on
orange = +3.3 V DC
red = +5 V DC
blue = - 12 V DC
black = ground
green = power on
Check BIOS for Intrusion Detection
I connected the monitor,, keyboard, mouse, and power cord. I then powered on the PC to see if it would even turn on. It had no issue booting up and Windows XP came right up. I then powered down the machine, removed the side panel, and re-booted pressing F2 to go to the setup menu. Everything was set to the correct settings. I then checked the BIOS and there is no ID (intrusion detection) on this machine.. Below is a pic of the machine with the side panel off, with Windows XP running. This seems to be a very good machine and I intend on up-grading with an additional 80 GB hard drive and 1 more GB of memory to give it 2 GB of total RAM.

This is a pic of the Tag # right on the top front of the machine.. In the background you can just see the WIndows Welcome Screen.
Here is a pic with the case open and running & It is a very quiet machine.
I went in and added an administrator ID and Password with my name.
